Not to be confused with Lace Dragon from Westchester County, New York. Pictured from left to right: Van Eric Turner, Russ Robison, Kevin Penhaker. Lace Dragon was founded in the summer of 1983 by Russ Robison and Kevin Penhaker. The band developed a notable following at the Houston area club scene over the years and opened for major acts like Testament, Candlemass, and Pantera.
