Formed in 2009 as Live by the Sword. In late 2010 the band changed their name to Steel Bearing Hand and released their four track demo. Through early to mid 2011 Steel Bearing Hand had a bassist by the name of Craig who left the band in July. Todd VW of Guisö was brought in to fill in the duties as bassist.
